We offer flexible purchase options so you can stay consistent with your routine and get the best results possible.


🛒 Purchase Options

You can choose between:

  • One-Time Purchase - ideal for trying a single bottle or product.

  • Subscription - for consistent results and exclusive savings. Subscriptions renew automatically on your selected schedule (every 30 or 90 days).


🔁 Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.
To do so:

  • Log in to your Peak Human account, or

  • Email info@shoppeakhuman.com at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge.

Once a renewal order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellations take effect for future orders only.


⚙️ Editing Orders

If you need to update your shipping address, product selection, or billing details, please do so in your account or contact info@shoppeakhuman.com as soon as possible.

Once an order enters fulfilment, we’re unable to make changes or guarantee cancellation.


💳 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, our system will automatically retry your payment method.

Please ensure your billing details are current to avoid any interruption to your deliveries.


❌ Order Cancellations

We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been processed or shipped.
If you placed an order in error, reach out to info@shoppeakhuman.com immediately - we’ll do our best to intercept it if it hasn’t yet entered fulfillment.


✅ First-Order Guarantee

If you’re trying Peak Human for the first time and aren’t satisfied within 30 days, your first purchase may qualify for a refund under our First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee.
