Shipping policy

We ship all Peak Human orders as quickly and safely as possible so you can start feeling the benefits right away.


📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship from fulfillment centers in both Canada and the United States.
Orders are automatically routed to ship from the location that ensures the fastest delivery.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within the U.S. and Canada

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Express shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 7–15 business days.

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.


📦 Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


🧾 Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s refused upon delivery, you’ll be responsible for any reshipment fees.


💥 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact info@shoppeakhuman.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.


🔁 Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date using the same method selected on your first order.  You can update or cancel your subscription anytime before your next charge by logging into your account or emailing info@shoppeakhuman.com.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

Once shipped, your order is in the hands of the carrier. While delays are rare, Peak Human is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues — but we’ll always assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
