Refund policy
We craft performance-driven formulas and stand behind them. Because our products are consumables, we don’t accept returns or issue refunds by default.
Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled once confirmed by the carrier. We’re unable to offer refunds, replacements, or credits for orders impacted by customer-provided errors.
However, if you’re trying us for the first time, you’re covered by our 30-Day First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee below.
30-Day First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee
If it’s your first order and you’re not satisfied after giving it a fair shot for up to 30 days, we’ll refund the product price when you complete the steps below.
Eligibility

One refund per household/customer (name, address, and payment method).

Request within 30 days of delivery (per carrier scan).

We’ll reply with a Return Authorization and the return address. Please include your order number inside the box.
Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected (allow 5–10 business days from receipt).

Shipping, duties, and taxes aren’t refundable. If you received free shipping, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost.
